Role: Account Executive

Location: Atlanta, GA

Job Type: Full Time

We are looking for a hungry Account Executive to join our team that approaches new business with an
eager mindset. You should have a deep understanding of our offerings, the value we provide to our
clients, and be able to drive expansion of our footprint by acquiring and growing a new client base. The
ideal candidate will have a focused, hunter mentality with previous experience driving and closing new
business in the IT Consulting and/or Staffing Industry.

The right person for this role will be able to apply proven sales skills to engage new clients and buyers of
our services through cold calling, networking, marketing, custom presentations, and strategic follow-up
communications. You should have a history of exceeding individual goals while enhancing winning
teams. You should possess a stellar work ethic and unparalleled sense of commitment. This will be a
hunter role for someone who is a self-starter and who will be focused on creating prospect target lists
and generating new clients by initiating contact and follow-ups with all qualified leads.

 

Success in this position looks like this:

  • Demonstrate with past performance the ability to prospect, cold call, acquire new clients and
    close business
  • Be outgoing and comfortable with a hands-on approach to selling and working with clients
  • Possess solid closing skills
  • Be a self-starter who is action oriented, energetic, optimistic, tenacious and resilient
  • Have excellent interpersonal, presentation, and public speaking skills, the ability to present
    ideas in a formal and informal setting
  • Have sold for a minimum of 5-7 years and have experience selling a service at all levels up to and
    including the C-Suite
 

What you should bring to the table:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of Business Development/Hunter experience in the Staffing Industry, IT
    Services, Software Sales or Consulting Services industries
  • A book of business, with business relationships that find you trustworthy and reliable
  • Proven success selling managed services for IT staffing and/or consulting firms
  • A history of exceeding individual goals while enhancing winning teams
  • A great work ethic and unparalleled sense of commitment
  • Commitment to documenting all your daily sales activity and progress in our CRM tool
  • Ability to meet or exceed all required Sales Activity Metrics on a weekly, monthly and annual
    basis
  • Integrity to represent Option 1 Partners at all times in a positive, professional and ethical
    manner
  • Proven experience developing new pipeline opportunity and generating revenue
  • Strong cold calling and professional network development experience
  • Creativity in how you approach selling, building relationships, and driving business

 

This role has the option to be remote or you can go into the office. It will include a base salary with an
industry leading uncapped commission structure, quarterly and annual bonus as well as an annual
Presidents Club incentive trip.

Additionally, we are seeking individuals who would be willing to relocate for the opportunity to launch,
build and scale an office in a new market. In parallel, this sales leader would have the opportunity to
build equity in the new market’s office as it grows. This is not a requirement for this role, but an option
based on growth and performance.

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
